Nope, there's no catch. You just need to submit your name and an email address on CrunchLive.com, and you'll get access to 100+ video workouts like Ab Attack, Balance Body Yoga, and Barre None. All workouts are led by Crunch fitness instructors and feature real gym members of all fitness levels. You'll also have access to 15-minute "Quickie Workouts" when you want to sneak in a sweat on busy days.

You can access classes on any smart device, but if you have an Apple TV, Crunch has an easy way to stream your workouts on the big screen:

To use the AirPlay feature on your Mac, you must be using OS X 10.8 or later. Setup instructions below:

  1. Open System Preferences → Displays → Display.
  2. Select your Apple TV from the "AirPlay mirroring" drop-down menu.

    This will automatically connect your Mac to the device and begin mirroring the screen.
